KINGDOM COME Mainman Writing 'Riff-Oriented' Rock Record
May 3, 2005According to a post on KINGDOM COME's official web site, the group's mainman, Lenny Wolf, is "concentrating heavily" on writing material for the follow-up the last year's "Perpetual" effort.
"For all you people who like the heavier side of KINGDOM COME, you will be pleased to know that after 'Perpetual', Lenny has 'taken out the axe' and is writing without candlelight," the posting adds. "The new disc will be a riff-oriented rock record a la KINGDOM COME with an uncompromising brutal itch to it. For all you other people, don't worry, Lenny's typical, emotional output will remain, yet in a more intense and harder approach."
KINGDOM COME cancelled their U.S. tour earlier in the year due to problems in obtaining correct work permits in time for the trek.
